You enjoy providing solutions to customers and selling products and services. Responsibilities

  • Use programs to research and analyse complaints, incidents, and concern
  • Making outbound phone calls/answering client and employee calls
  • provide support to other team members and internal departments

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years experiences in the related field.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Problem solving, and performance analysis abilities
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Willing to learn and apply new skills.
